Scarborough Village is a neighbourhood in the suburb of Scarborough in Toronto. It was one of the earliest settlements in the former township of Scarborough with the distinction of being the site of the township's first post office. The neighbourhood lies along the Scarborough Bluffs escarpment.

The neighbourhood is served by its TTC bus routes 86 Scarborough and 116 Morningside, which connect to Kennedy subway station. Other routes, 102 Markham and 9 Bellamy, connect to Warden station to the south while the latter route connects to the Scarborough Centre station to the north. Located at the northwestern boundary of Scarborough Village, on Eglinton Avenue is Eglinton GO Station. The station provides access to GO Transit's commuter rail lines to Downtown Toronto, as well as other destinations along its line. Its southern border, Kingston Road, is a major roadway providing access to south-western Scarborough, East York, and Downtown Toronto in the west and extends to Durham Region in the east.
Parks & Recreation
The Scarborough Village Recreation Centre, located at 3600 Kingston Road, is the home of the Scarborough Village Theatre. Three local, award winning theatre groups perform at this centre. This recreation centre also has an active seniors program that offers ballroom dancing, country dancing, latin dancing and line dancing. Scarborough Village Park, located off Scarborough Golf Club Road, features a baseball diamond with lighting for evening games.History
Scarborough Village began in the 1830's as a crossroads village, centred around Markham and Kingston Roads and Eglinton Avenue. In 1832, it became the first community in the former Township of Scarborough to have its own post office.
