There are various bus routes on Dufferin, Jane, and Keele streets that connect Downsview residents to the Bloor-Danforth subway line, as well as busses along Lawrence, Wilson, and Sheppard Avenues that connect to the Yonge-University-Spadina line. Overall, this area is greatly served by the TTC. Motorists can access the downtown core via Bathurst street and Highway 401 very quickly from anywhere in the neighbourhood.

The Downsview Arena offers organized hockey league programs as well as leisure skating to the public. There is also a bowling green, a public library, and various recreational parks (Downsview Park being the largest example) which offer tennis courts, children?s playgrounds, baseball diamonds, etc. to Downsview residents. Both the Yorkdale Mall and the North York Sheridan Malls include large movie theatres.
