This neighbourhood is bordered by the Etobicoke Creek to the east, highway 403 to the north and Burnhamthorpe Road to the south. This is a well-established residential area with an abundance of parkland, a mix of dwelling types, community infrastructure and services. The main hub of this neighbourhood is centred around Dixie Road and Burnhamthorpe Road East. This intersection includes the Rockwood Mall shopping centre, high density residential housing, office uses and a nearby library and community centre.
