Allied Hotel Properties Inc. is a Canadian hotel company involved in the ownership, development and management of hotels in major Canadian urban centres.

The Company’s portfolio has included various hotel properties - from the Delta Vancouver Suites Hotel, an all-suite hotel comprising 226 suites which Allied developed as part of its award-winning two city block mixed-use Conference Plaza development, to the Vancouver landmark 303-room historic Hotel Georgia (now Rosewood Hotel Georgia and Hotel Georgia Residences tower); and the 242 room Vancouver Downtown Holiday Inn, which the Company expanded to include an all-suite addition and a condominium residential tower on the rest of the downtown block it also owned.  The Company’s portfolio of hotels has also included the 374-room Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel and Marina (now Pacific Gateway Hotel); the 438 room Delta Pacific Resort and Convention Centre (now Sandman Signature Hotel and Resort); the iconic 307-room Crowne Plaza Chateau Lacombe located in Edmonton, Alberta; as well as the Toronto Don Valley Hotel & Suites located in Toronto, Ontario, where it also developed a residential condominium tower called the Accolade in 2010, in a joint venture with Tridel, one of Toronto’s major developers. Senior management has many years of experience in the hospitality, real estate, and finance sectors.
