Prime Condos is a new pre-construction condo project by CentreCourt Developments Inc. The development is located at 319 Jarvis Street in Garden District, downtown Toronto in the heart of an exciting and fast-evolving corridor.

The development is proposed to be a 50-storey building on the southern side of Gerrard Street featuring a 4-storey podium plus a 46-storey tower, and including retail space at the street level.  The podium will have outdoor amenity spaces on the second and third floors, together with a sprawling wraparound outdoor terrace atop the podium. Also, the podium will include indoor amenity space, probably in the form of party room, a fitness facility and a business centre.
