Located at 3201 Highway 7 in Vaughan this much anticipated project will encompass two towers, one 44 and one 48 storeys, as well as the 9-storey Hilton Garden Inn redevelopment. With over 900 parking spots and ultra-modern amenities, the project is poised to become a landmark in the area. Icona Condos is steps away from the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and the new Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway station, Colossus movie theater, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, KPMG Tower, and IKEA. Units will range in size from 500 – 900SF.
As a major transit hub, the area will also offer a new TTC subway station currently under construction. The 8.6kilometer subway extension will provide residents with direct and seamless connections to Toronto through several new subway stations including a stop at York University. Integrated into the subway will be the SmartCentres Bus Terminal giving residents access to local transit.
