Theatre District will be a 49 storey building with a total of 423 residential suites, featuring a lower penthouse level as well as a penthouse level, along with retail space at street level, amenities at the podium, with residential suites starting from the 4th floor. The building will also feature 2 Guest Suites. The project is currently in its pre-construction phase and it is scheduled to be completed in the year 2022. Quadrangle Architects have been endowed with the responsibility of designing this project.
